I wrote an online review for my Heating & Air Conditioning contractor for his exceptional service
I don’t constantly leave reviews online, however i just didn’t believe that my reviews would make any difference because there are already a ton of reviews online. I used to believe that one more review wouldn’t help or hurt anything, so, when my Heating & Air Conditioning contractor asked me to provide a review for his business, I was a bit hesitant, but because he gave quality Heating & Air Conditioning service, I felt obligated to leave a review. I forgot about that review until a few months later, I got a notification that my review was viewed by 1,000 people! Well, I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that so many people were interested in what I had to say. I did take the time to write an exceptional review because my Heating & Air Conditioning contractor did a great task… He went above & beyond the correct Heating & Air Conditioning repair call. Anyway, if I was able to convince even 100 people out of that 1,000 to choose my Heating & Air Conditioning contractor then that means my review made a large impact on his business. I never asked him if he observed any increase in his shopper base after I left the review. I didn’t want to seem like I was trying to take credit for an increase in his business. Without my review, I have no doubt that he would still receive customers because he’s that good. Anyway, I have not left an online review since then, however if I ever receive exceptional repair from another business, I won’t hesitate to do so. And if my review could help someone improve their customers, then that is a win.
