I wrote an online review for my HVAC professional for her exceptional service
I don’t consistently leave reviews online, and i just didn’t guess that my reviews would make any difference because there are already a ton of reviews online.
I used to guess that one more review wouldn’t help or hurt anything; So, when my HVAC professional asked me to supply a review for her business, I was a bit hesitant; But because she provided quality HVAC service, I felt obligated to leave a review. I forgot about that review until a few months later, I got a notification that my review was viewed by 1,000 people, well, I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that so many people were interested in what I had to say. I did take the time to write an exceptional review because my HVAC professional did a superb job. She went above and beyond the respected HVAC maintenance call, however anyway, if I was able to convince even 100 people out of that 1,000 to choose my HVAC professional then that means my review made a pressing impact on her business. I never asked him if she observed any increase in her buyer base after I left the review. I didn’t want to seem like I was trying to take credit for an increase in her business. Without my review, I have no doubt that she would still receive purchasers because he’s that good. Anyway, I have not left an online review since then, but if I ever acquire exceptional maintenance from another business, I won’t hesitate to do so. And if my review could help someone improve their purchasers, then that is a win.
