She’s had a serious problem with having drafts in her lake house
Mom is not sure what is going on in her home, but she has had a drastic issue with having drafts in her lake house.
She used to not have any troubles with drafts at all so she is starting to believe that it’s just an age thing.
Mom knows that as her lake house gets older it’s going to develop more places in it that need to be repaired and run tests on. Sporadically, mom shall be sitting on the couch and feeling it for only a few seconds. She can clearly feel a draft coming in through someplace in the lake house. Mom also has one in the bedroom and one in the study room. There’s also one in the downstairs bathroom. She knows that if she is going to seal these drafts, she is going to have some drastic work to do. Because mom doesn’t know where they are coming from, she is going to have to go on an Easter egg hunt hunting for the places where air is escaping. Mom decided to dedicate such a task to this weekend. When Saturday came around she did not waste any time looking and after many hours she did find all the drafts and after that she carefully resealed them. Now mom does not have any cool air for her a/c that was keeping her lake house cool escaping to the outside anymore. It was no wonder that her a/c was struggling to keep the lake house cool. All the cool air was escaping. Mow that these areas have been filled in that should not be an issue anymore.
