We’d never had the ductwork looked at before
Mark and I have been living together for two years.
When my pal and I finished college, my pal and I both got locations where my pal and I lived with other roommates. In my apartment, I had three roommates, and in his location he had two. Well, as time went on, Mark, who is my brother, and I started speaking about owning a house. However, the prices of houses are high, and you have to raise a wonderful downpayment to own one. Mark and I decided to combine efforts, and invest in a apartment together. My buddy and I would own it 50-50, and start an investment portfolio. It took 5 years, and my pal and I finally managed to raise the money to purchase a home. Then, my pal and I had to do renovations, and moved in soon after. The apartment was in wonderful shape, and even had a 5-year aged heating and cooling system. My buddy and I enjoyed that my pal and I didn’t have to spend any money on replacing the heating and cooling system or the ductwork. After some time, an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert who my pal and I hired came in and did some service to make sure all was okay. My buddy and I would contact the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation in the section twice a year before Summer and winter. However, one section my pal and I completely neglected was the ductwork. To be honest, my pal and I weren’t aware that my pal and I had to get the ductwork cleaned at all. That is until one afternoon the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert was at the apartment and inquired about it. My buddy and I told him my pal and I never had any duct cleaning services and he helped us understand why this was crucial to do at least once every year; Not only do you get to see if you need duct sealing, but clearing the dust and dirt helps to improve indoor air quality.
