We’d never had the air duct diagnosed out before
Mark & I have been living together for two years.
When we finished university, we both got locales where we lived with other roommates.
In my apartment, I had three roommates, & in his locale he had two. Well, as time went on, Mark, who is my brother, & I started speaking about owning a house. However, the prices of houses are high, & you have to raise a good downpayment to own one. Mark & I decided to combine efforts, & invest in a house together. My friend and I would own it 50-50, & start an investment portfolio. It took 5 years, & we finally managed to raise the money to purchase a home. Then, we had to do renovations, & moved in soon after. The house was in good shape, & even had a 5-year old heating & cooling system. My friend and I loved that we didn’t have to spend any money on replacing the heating & cooling system or the air duct. After some time, an Heating & A/C expert who we hired came in & did some maintenance to make sure all was okay. My friend and I would contact the Heating & A/C company in the section twice a year before Summer & winter. However, one section we completely neglected was the air duct. To be honest, we weren’t aware that we had to get the air duct cleaned at all. That is until one day the Heating & A/C expert was at the house & inquired about it. My friend and I told him we never had any duct cleaning services & he helped us understand why this was pressing to do at least once every year, not only do you get to see if you need duct sealing, but clearing the dust & dirt helps to improve indoor air quality.
