I was looking for an investor for my home maintenance startup biz.
I was in the supplier of providing help with indoor comfort plus enjoyed it thoroughly. I had been handling freelance jobs for different establishments around town, plus had built a network of customers all over the area. After their old HVAC component broke down, I did a new air conditioner installation in that local cafe. The air conditioner plan they chose had a SEER rating of fifteen plus was efficient, the indoor quality was impeccable, plus the management was so grateful. I had not known my investor was a loyal cafe buyer plus had also noticed the improved indoor air quality. He was more impressed when he l gained that my HVAC professionals had done it. Over the past couple of weeks, the dealer’s employees had increased to include multiple a/c workers plus two senior HVAC professionals. I wanted to expand my HVAC business to be better equipped with accessories such as AC filters, air ducts, plus high-quality air duct sealants. I would also need a lot more resources to handle HVAC maintenance. His eyes lit up when he saw how impressive my finances had been, especially during the past few weeks. Lunch was great. I had pepper steak with mashed potatoes while the investor ordered sashimi. My date was such a good conversationalist. He’d enjoyed our meeting, plus although he had heard about myself and others plus the business, he was more impressed in person. After the meal, the investor plus I shook hands to seal the deal that he would invest a lot of money in my business. We just had a party at the office to celebrate the win, plus now my friend and I can see our business being great.
