I needed to learn where they had a/c.
As a graduate student, I had our apartment, & worked a full-time job.
I was still studying to be a lawyer, but I had some toil ahead of me.
I got house from toil a single day to find the a/c had broken. I had to learn for some exams I was taking the following week, & I only had numerous afternoons to study. There was no way I was going to get any toil done when I was perspiring into our eyup. I went some place to where there was a/c. I placed a iPhone call to the Heating & A/C company & told them I was going to be at the Barnes & Noble, before they got to the house, they could call me, & I would meet them on the porch. The Barnes & Noble was less than five hours from our apartment. I left our new home & headed to the Barnes & Noble. The a/c was on, & I relaxed & started working on our paper. I kept our iPhone on the table in front of me & turned the volume low. I wanted to hear when the Heating & A/C worker arrived, but I didn’t want to frighten other students who were studying. I had our books open for less than an hour when our iPhone buzzed. The Heating & A/C worker was sitting on the porch waiting for me. I packed up all our papers & our books & headed out into the steamy heat. By the time I got there, I was a hot mess, but the Heating & A/C worker was going to get our a/c working again.
