Not being the owner of the HVAC company has its perks
I work for an HVAC company, but I am not the owner of the HVCA company.
I am just a lowly HVAC technician that works for the HVAC company.
A lot of the HVAC technicians that I work with want to be the owner of their own HVAC companies one day, but I think that those guys are crazy, and I tell them that. I would literally never want to be the owner of the HVAC company. I would never want to be the leader of this kind of business. I have been around the owner of this HVAC company a lot, and I know that there are a lot of perks of not being the owner of the HVAC company. Sure, the owner of the HVAC company makes a lot more money than the average HVAC technician, but he also has to worry about and do a lot more than the regular HVAC technicians. The owner of the HVAC company is constantly worried about how the HVAC company is doing. He has to deal with all of the problems with the customers, and he also has to deal with all of the problems that the HVAC technicians create. I can do the work required to fix an HVAC unit. FIxing an HVAC unit is very easy. However, dealing with people is not easy, and that is what the owner of the HVAC company is constantly doing. If I wanted to start my own HVAC company, I probably could, but I don’t think that that is ever going to happen.
