Lots of value to the heating service plan

I’m certainly thankful to finally be a homeowner.

But it sure didn’t come easy when it came to being able to purchase a house.

I’m not married or have a partner, so I had to raise the downpayment alone. While I love the work I do, it doesn’t come with a big paycheck. I am not working downtown in some overpriced office with zone controlled heating, ventilation, and A/C either. So it took me a bit longer and I am definitely only a few years from 46 as I began my home ownership journey. However, I have learned a lot when it comes to having your own house. For sure, I like putting my money towards building equity instead of just paying rent. And the heating and cooling inside my home is much better than in the old home I lived in. This was one of the absolutely first things I did as a homeowner. The apartment I lived in needed a lot of work and that is why I was able to get it for the price I paid. The owner just wanted out, however wasn’t willing to do any of the renovations. So I got with a local heating, ventilation, and A/C company and replaced the residential heating, ventilation, and A/C inside the house. But I did another smart thing that has ended up being absolutely overpriced to me. Once the current heating, ventilation, and A/C unit was installed, I wanted to protect that investment. So I called the heating, ventilation, and A/C company and enrolled in the heating, ventilation, and A/C service plan. This entitles myself and others to heating service in the fall which is then followed by an a/c tune up in the spring. And if anything breaks down with heating, ventilation, and A/C equipment, all I have to do is pay for parts as the heating, ventilation, and A/C company will pay for any service or repair.
