Work rains on our hvac parade

I hate it when wonderful news comes with exhaustingly bad news.

And then, the exhausting news just sort of ruins the wonderful news.

This is just what I encountered recently when I was called into the conference room at work. This is where all the bosses meet, and they even have a separate thermostat in that room. I’m never super happy when I get invited into that room because it usually means something big is about to change. I went into work that afternoon having left the perfect central air conditioning luxury of our beach cabin, just like every other afternoon. But by the end of the afternoon, there was going to be a whole lot of change in our lives. And that was absolutely something that my associate and I were not looking forward to when it comes to our finances. My friend and I had been nomads for the contractor for a long time and we are glad to finally own a beach cabin and put down some roots. And my associate and I appreciate the beach cabin that we found, so much even before the renovations. But now that we have amazing residential heating, ventilation and A/C with mad amounts of heating, ventilation and A/C technology, our beach cabin is even better. Along with the up-to-date heating, ventilation and A/C machine, my associate and I also put in the dining room of our dreams. And by the end of that meeting, I knew that I was going to have to say goodbye to that house. The bosses had given myself and others an offer that we absolutely couldn’t refuse. It was a career making move, although I would have to relocate to take on this position. There absolutely wasn’t any way I was saying anything but yes. Still, I lingered inside the commercial heating, ventilation and A/C of the office a lot longer that night because I really didn’t want to break the news to my fiance.
