Air filter at the fitness center

Last month, my company installed a brand new air filtration system at the fitness center downtown. The fitness center has been open for business for three decades, and the building definitely shows the wear and tear. The owner of the building has been making renovations slowly, but it costs money to make changes like these in a large commercial building. The guy got rid of the old locker rooms and we installed brand new plumbing and fixtures. He also got rid of the old central heating and cooling system and opted for ductless multi-split heating and cooling devices. The ductless multi-split cooling and heating devices each have their own air handler and thermostat. All of the different machines are hooked up to one central heat pump and air conditioner. The ductless heating and cooling machines each have a UV air purifier as well to kill and eliminate dust, germs, bacteria, mold, mildew, and viruses. I went to check on the machines a couple of days ago. It was time for the 60-day check up after installation. I was surprised that even the locker room smelled clean and fresh. Everything inside of the building smelled new and that was a good sign that the UV air purifier and ductless air conditioning systems were working like they should. I still fully check each one of the air handlers and corresponding machines. It’s part of our service after a customer has any residential or commercial installation performed. We perform a 30, 60, and 90 day check up on the equipment just to make sure things are running smoothly.
