My little sibling thought our oil heating system was haunted
My sibling has regularly had a wild imagination.
She could entertain herself for nights plus nights on a singular fantasy or plan that she fabricated.
It was really quite fun to see what she would come up with sometimes. Occasionally her imagination got a little out of control though. She has basically been recovering for nights because she fully convinced herself that our oil heating system down in the basement was haunted by the ghost of an evil demon. I suppose our oil heating system is just getting old so it’s starting to make some unusual noises down in the basement, plus occasionally the two of us can hear these roars from within the walls of the home. My sibling had watched a horror mystery motion picture the night before plus when the oil heating system started to make noises, she instantly wanted to play detective plus head to the basement to figure out what was going on. She tiptoed downstairs plus peaked her head around the corner to see the oil heating system sitting in the corner. She waited a few minutes for the gas furnace to kick in again plus the heating system shook so suddenly that she swore she could see a shadow move right across it. She screamed at the top of her lungs plus ran upstairs while yelling that the heating system was haunted. My dad had to go downstairs to investigate the situation for himself plus show her that the old device just needs to be replaced. She still believes that she saw something she shouldn’t have, plus I really might think her. Weird things happen in this house.
