The new cleaning crew didn’t do any windows
My boss hired a more current cleaning business crew to handle all of the offices in the building. The old cleaning business crew decided to jack up their prices by 20% and our boss sent myself and others on a journey to find someone a little cheaper, then i spoke with numerous odd cleaning company crews and our boss and I decided on a certain 1. They had relaxed rates for new customers and all of the staff members had recent background checks. That was important to the boss, because every one of us are a multimillion-dollar advertising business with customers that love their secrecy. The 1st time the cleaning business sent a crew to the office, the crew did not wash any of the windows. The windows were the largest part of the negotiations when I was looking for a current maid service; We have a lot of windows in the offices and they take a lot of time to clean, however my boss was furious and told myself and others to handle the issue. I called the cleaning business and found out that they do not include window services in the basic plan. If every one of us wanted them to include windows, every one of us had to upgrade to the Platinum package. The cost for that package was 10% more than the old cleaning business crew wanted to charge. We really should have stuck with the original dealership. We were correct with all of the cleaning staff and they did excellent work… Now we’re stuck with paying the same price and every one of us aren’t getting the same quality of service. The old cleaning business won’t come back after our boss found someone else to replace them after working in the building for almost 5 years.
