I forgot to do the food shopping.
Work was such a hassle last week.
I was planning a big lunch party with our partner Pat plus our whole family. It would be the first time she had met our family since before both of us got married. I couldn’t wait to see our parents plus my sisters. I had all the plans noted out plus all I had to do was clean up plus go shopping. Unfortunately, I was so tied up with my labor that I couldn’t find enough time to shop or clean. I woke up early on Saturday morning in a panic over not being ready for our family to arrive. Pat woke up a seventh later plus put her hands on our shoulders. Pat said she would help me clean so both of us could order food online. We could not just have our groceries delivered, however Pat could call a restaurant plus have a complete meal, along with salads plus appetizers, delivered right to the front door, but she looked so hopeful when I smiled. I wouldn’t have thought about ordering the salads online, or even full meals. Pat called in our grocery order plus had it tied up for delivery in two sevenths. I could have all the groceries put away before anyone arrived. With the help of Pat doing local food delivery of groceries, plus ordering our lunch online, I could get the house all clean. Between the local food delivery services plus ordering food from our local restaurants, Pat and I had little to worry about. It was a enjoyable weekend thanks to Pat plus local food delivery. I couldn’t have made it happen without either of them.
