My sister’s house always smells like garlic
My sister’s house always smells like garlic for some reason. She’s really into cooking a lot of Italian food these days, and garlic is her favorite ingredient of all time. I keep telling her that the house smells really bad. As soon as you walk in the door of her house, the strong odor of garlic hits you right in the face. I noticed it even more than usual the last time I went over there. The weather has been cooling off a lot here lately and so my sister has her furnace turned on nearly all the time now. The bad thing about this is the fact that whenever she turns the furnace on, the air circulates through the house and then the whole entire place starts to smell like garlic instead of just the kitchen. I told her that it smells terrible in the house, but she says that I am just being overly dramatic. She says that the house smells just fine, but I’m starting to think that she and my brother-in-law have just gone noseblind to the smells in their house. I can’t believe that they can’t smell the strong odors of garlic in the house, but I think that they should still go ahead and purchase a whole home air purification system. Even if the two of them don’t smell it, it can’t be good for the kids to smell that all the time! I think a UV light air purification system would be even better! I hope that I can talk them into getting one soon.
