I purchased a lake house that had a lousy Heating plus Air Conditioning program that hardly worked
I don’t recognize what I was thinking when I purchased a lake house that had a lousy Heating plus Air Conditioning system.
Of course, I love the property with all the land plus everything, but the lake house needs so much work.
I was thinking that maybe we could get through the warm season without a/c, at least for the first year. My fiance thought I was absurd for even thinking such a thing could be possible. She said that I better check with the Heating plus Air Conditioning companies plus get a quote to have an Heating plus Air Conditioning program installed. I went through a few odd quotes with odd Heating plus Air Conditioning professionals despite the fact that I wasn’t liking the prices I was seeing for these installations. The only Heating plus Air Conditioning that seemed alright to me was the ductless mini split. I appreciated knowing that it would last a nice 20 years plus with minimal repair needs. The Heating plus Air Conditioning professional was nice enough to tell me that I could even install my own ductless mini splits because they had the DIY models available. That instantly piqued my interest plus after he was gone, I checked on those systems. I looked at odd installation videos plus realized that this was something I could do! Not to mention, if I did do the installation on my own, I would save a small fortune! So I decided to go for it plus my fiance didn’t like it when she l earned what I was up to. I asked her if she wanted her cooling program or not, plus she couldn’t say no. So I had the Heating plus Air Conditioning delivered plus I handled the installation with minimal complications. Now it’s undoubtedly comfortable in our home, but there is still so much labor to do!
