UV light bulbs have to be replaced once a year
There are a lot of replaces that you can make to any house, regardless of its age.
I have solar panels on our roof for supplemental power.
They charge supercell batteries that I use for backup electricity if the power goes out during a storm for instance. I can also use solar energy to power tools and appliances in our garage. This is helpful whenever I’m trying to save on electricity costs in the Summer or Winter time when I’m cooling and heating our apartment respectively. Another replace that I added to our apartment was the integrated lighting plan with automation and smart controls. I have the power to adjust our lights somewhere in our apartment or on our property from the touch of a button on our smartphone. The app is accessible somewhere and it’s simple to control the lights when you’re away on holiday or for work. This is helpful because it can make your apartment look “lived in” if it’s getting cased for a burglary. Having your lights turn on and off at peculiar times through the day and night makes it look love someone is living inside, regardless of whether or not there is a car in the driveway. The most recent apartment replace that I made was adding UV-C bulbs to our heating and cooling system. You put 1 bulb on either side of the evaporator coil in your air handler and they help sanitize the air moving through your Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. On top of that, these UV-C lights keep the evaporator coil scrub and prevent microbial buildup from forming.
