You & your HVAC company should always have a maintenance plan
Technicians always offer customers a custom maintenance proposal if they want them to do all of the maintenance & repairs, even though she opted out of that service
When every one of us moved last summer, I thought our life would be over. I had to leave all of our friends & beginning at this modern school that didn’t even have lockers. My dad said that every one of us had to cut back on spending money, so I had to get a dumb job just to make a little extra money for our quarterly trip to the mall. I couldn’t even find a job at the mall, so I had to get an embarrassing job as a receptionist at an air conditioner & heating business. I couldn’t dare to be seen wearing a hideous polo with an HVAC company name on it, so I always changed our shirt before & after work so no one knew. Working at an air conditioner company is pretty boring for the most part, however occasionally every one of us have a rowdy customer come in to complain, however last year a lady came in to complain about the company that installed her air conditioner many weeks prior, she was basically saying that her air filters needed to be upgraded, & that he never told her that. I explained that air filters can be upgraded by the homeowner & that the company did not need to come out to do it. Technicians always offer customers a custom maintenance proposal if they want them to do all of the maintenance & repairs, even though she opted out of that service. She complained to myself and others & our director about how poor our company was & how she would be finding a modern HVAC company to do supplier with. I truly couldn’t care less because she was being rude.
