If you ask me, it’s regularly a honestly fantastic plan to get a home warranty when you are buying a house, you just never think what’s going to happen once you sign on that dotted line.
- I almost made a horrible mistake when the two of us bought our home a few years ago because I was so freaked out about spending so much currency on the home mortgage.
Seeing all of those zeroes on the loan application plus the paperwork for the home itself honestly freaked me out. So whenever the agent asked me if I was interested in signing up for the home warranty on top of that, of course I immediately said no. I wasn’t interested in spending a single more dime on top of what the two of us were already spending. However, luckily, our partner was there plus he’s much smarter about this stuff than I am. He said that if the two of us had a home warranty plus something went wrong with the heating, cooling, plus ventilation plan in the home then the home warranty would cover the cost to repair it. I wasn’t sure about that, but I did think that the oil gas furnace plus the central a/c plan in the home that the two of us were buying wasn’t the newest nor the most high quality, that’s why I told him to go ahead plus get the home warranty, however boy, am I cheerful he talked me into it! Less than a year after the two of us moved into our house, the gas furnace broke down plus the two of us ended up having to get a brand current a single. Then the next summer, the central air conditioning system unit went on the baffix. I can’t imagine how much the two of us would have had to pay if the two of us didn’t buy that home warranty!
