I’m under house arrest.
Once in a while, we all get into trouble, but mine was worse than most.
I was under house arrest and not enjoying it.
If I hadn’t followed the lead with my friends, I wouldn’t have been forced to stay home. If I hadn’t developed allergies, I wouldn’t have continued to stay in the house. My best friend took his uncle’s car without permission. It was fun and games until the cops arrested us for stealing a car, underage driving, and underage drinking. We were all given a sentence of house arrest and could only go out to go to school. Six months later, our house arrest from the police ended, but not from my allergies. Over the years, my allergies were getting worse and the only time I felt good was when I was in the house with the air purification system running. I didn’t want to be home, but I wanted to breathe. Luckily, the pandemic made it possible for me to do all of my studies from home. I had an excellent computer, so I worked from home. The air purifier was working perfectly with my heating and air conditioning. I worked hard that entire year, and I found I was feeling better. During the winter, my air purifier was running. During the spring, summer and fall, my air purifier was running. Then, the pandemic eased up, and I thought I could go back outside. I realized I was going to need some good allergy meds. When I went outside where I didn’t have an air purifier, I was in big trouble.
