Happy with the installation of ductless mini split
I had a brand new ductless mini cut installed into my home office this week.
I am harshly happy with how it looks and performs.
The Heating in addition to Air Conditioning supplier did a good task with the process, however he worked on it from 9 o’clock in the morning until 4 o’clock in the morning. He left no mess, debris or destruction behind. The outdoor equipment sits on a pad of stone in the garden and is whisper-quiet. The indoor air handler is very slim, compact and housed in a sleek, modern-looking black casing. The 2 units are connected through a conduit that is tucked into a very unobtrusive white housing that blends nicely with the vinyl siding on the house. The equipment provides both heating and cooling and also offers a fan-only setting and dehumidification capabilities. I can set it on cooling, heating or allow the plan to automatically switch according to the outside temperature. The mini-cut requires very little repair. Approximately every several months I need to scrub the filter. Every year I am supposed to schedule professional upkeep. I am amazed by how powerful the plan is. Within a couple of minutes, it has the entire home office section cooled down. It’s simple to make adjustments through the cordless remote. There are all sorts of options. I can even alter localement of the louvres within the equipment to direct the air to particular spots. I also have an app on my iPhone that allows me to access the plan from virtually anywhere. The purchase and installation of the equipment cost me a total of $4500. In my opinion it is totally worth it.
