Not owning my own Heating, Ventilation & A/C isn’t the best
It all came flooding back to me just afternoons after both of us moved into our temporary rental situation.
I had forgotten about the limitations of renting & I got a full dose of it just as soon as both of us moved in.
The two of us are in the middle of summer time here & it’s hot. However, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C machine in this rented apartment appears to be overwhelmed, overmatched, old or a combination of all several. And this took me back immediately to the afternoons prior to homeownership when I had to deal with the entirely same thing with lake house living. But at least this is just temporary. My partner & I just sold our beach house & are in a bit of a holding pattern for the next 8 weeks or so. Once the teenagers were all out of the beach house & established on their own, both of us knew that selling that beach house was the best thing to do. So both of us called out an Heating, Ventilation & A/C company, a study room renovation supplier & various other folks to help us with renovating. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C company was good & both of us updated the heating & cooling machine to a zone controlled Heating, Ventilation & A/C with a smart temperature control. I got to like that combination of Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology for almost six weeks before both of us closed on the sale of the house. And man, was that ever the best quality heating & air experience of my life. The thought of having that sort of Heating, Ventilation & A/C machine again is what keeps me going with regard to our current situation. I guess I’ll just be getting accustomed to being overheated this summer time & I’ll have to buy some current fans.
