Not owning our own HVAC isn’t the best
It all came flooding back to myself and others just afternoons after all of us moved into our temporary rental situation. I had forgotten about the limitations of renting and I got a full dose of it just as soon as all of us moved in. Every one of us are in the middle of summer time here and it’s hot. However, the HVAC component in this rented condo appears to be overwhelmed, overmatched, outdated or a combination of all three. And this took myself and others back instantly to the afternoons prior to homeownership when I had to deal with the actually same thing with condo living. But at least this is just temporary. My wifey and I just sold our condo and are in a bit of a holding pattern for the next 8 weeks or so. Once the kids were all out of the condo and established on their own, all of us knew that selling that condo was the best thing to do. So all of us called out an HVAC business, a study room renovation supplier and multiple other folks to help us with renovating. The HVAC business was great and all of us updated the heating and cooling component to a zone controlled HVAC with a smart temperature control. I got to like that combination of HVAC technology for almost six weeks before all of us closed on the sale of the house. And man, was that ever the best quality heating and air experience of our life. The thought of having that sort of HVAC component again is what keeps myself and others going with regard to our current situation. I believe I’ll just be getting accustomed to being sizzling this summer time and I’ll have to buy some current fans.
