Heating, Ventilation, and A/C needs are now almost opposite

And one that the two of us only use a handful of times while in our actually mild winter

Unluckyly, I have to count myself among those who have been guilty of taking quality heating and air a bit for granted. While that is too bad, it’s sort of understandable. Heating, Ventilation, and A/C comfort is just about universal in this country. It’s an actual rarity to find yourself in a situation where there isn’t access to current Heating, Ventilation, and A/C technology. That is unless you’re sitting in the forrest. But appreciate all the people I live and work in a neighborhood that has Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine in every building and home. What is odd for myself and others is that our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C needs have changed with our transfer to the south. And those heating and cooling needs are just about opposite now. When I lived in the far north, the emphasis was on the heating in the heating and cooling. Now residing down south, the emphasis is actually much on the cooling and not so much on the heating. And the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine has changed radically for myself and others as well. The two of us lived so far north that the air conditioner I had was a window cooling system that I only put in for a month or two if that. Our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine was all related to heating with a gas oil furnace. Down here, the two of us have the heat pump and it provides both the heating and cooling comfort the two of us need. However, the heat pump is designed to make cooling a space possible. The heating part of the heat pump is sort of a bonus. And one that the two of us only use a handful of times while in our actually mild winter. I guess I should just count myself fortunate to typically have the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C technology focus that I need.
