Need some flu symptom relief

I found that air purification plans that install in the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning device need to be in the air duct.

I have allergies. I didn’t have any issue when I lived up north. The cold didn’t bother myself and others in addition to the pollen in the air was okay too. Now that I live down south, I am a mess. I carry tissues in my pocket at all times. I am frequently stuffed up, sniffling or have a runny nose. I also sneeze, cough, have an itchy mouth, watery eyes in addition to all the other flu symptom symptoms. I have read online on what to do in addition to nothing has actually helped. I changed from a basic air filter to a HEPA 1. It is supposed to catch more dust going into the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning device in addition to make the indoor air pollen levels cleaner. I have gotten air duct cleaning in addition to I keep my home really clean. I also take flu symptom medicine. I found that a lot of people request getting an UV air purifier. I found that I could go cheap in addition to get a portable air cleaner that just sits in my room. That would be kind of nice to not have complications while I work or sleep, but however, the portable air cleaners are ugly, immense in addition to need to be jammed in. I don’t actually want people seeing that on video calls. I found that air purification plans that install in the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning device need to be in the air duct. They require yearly service in addition to air filter changes too. They also are quite pricey. I am not sure what to do now. What is my best option? I don’t actually want the work of a whole beach home UV air purifier even though I want the benefits.
