Mad thanks to a terrible service
My amazing family and I live in a neighborhood with over 50 houses… Although there are a lot of homes, we’re a tight-knit community! The people I was with and I have neighborhood meetings, there’s an HOA, & a standard committee to represent the houses around the surrounding area. My wifey & I care about how close almost everyone is because our men are able to wander about the neighborhood with their friends & all of us feel extremely safe. The people I was with and I don’t have any complications with theft or burglary, & almost everyone looks out for 1 another, however, 1 of the downfalls about a tight-knit community love this is that there are no secrets, when there’s a small piece of gossip, it spreads love wildfire. This made things extremely taxing for us when all of us fired our neighbor’s son as our Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman. He was the Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman for the whole city, which is why all of us hired him in the first place. The people I was with and I were using him for more than 2 years, but weren’t super impressed with his work. He was late more often than not, there were regularly complications with our Heating & Air Conditioning plan even though all of us hired him four times every single year to examine the equipment, & all of us weren’t sure he was honestly doing anything. Whenever I tried to ask him questions about the Heating & Air Conditioning system, he never gave myself and others a straight answer. My wifey & I thought long & taxing about firing him, because all of us knew what the repercussions would be from the rest of the community. With that being said, all of us didn’t want to keep paying for a repair. All of us weren’t happy with & ended up paying for a brand new Heating & Air Conditioning system.
