Needed to get a heat pump to help warm the house
There definitely are times when I suppose that my husband is trying to kill me.
- I believe we prefer each other dearly, but he also gets in these crazy moods where I cannot change his mind regardless of what I say.
He decides that it’s his way or the highway, even if it means I am going to have to task overtime to keep up with his wild demands. This is exactly what has been going on recently with our indoor air temperature control appliance. My husband decided a few months ago that our indoor air temperature and air quality management appliance was not up to snuff. He actually saw some programs on the cable TV that discussed air quality control, air purification, and air temperature management. It would seem that these scientific experts are now saying that your indoor air contributes a great deal to your overall health and immune system functioning. If you are not keeping your indoor air within a certain temperature range or removing enough of your airborne pollutants from the central heating, cooling, and air quality control system, you are likely to make yourself unwell. My husband has been totally obsessed with maintaining an accurate indoor air temperature there ever since. He basically wishes to run in the big central oil furnace at an extreme level everyday. I keep telling him that I do not make nearly enough money for those costly bills or Heating and A/C repair services, but he adjusts the temperature control no matter what I say. Now, I’m looking at purchasing a geothermal heat pump to work along with our forced air oil furnace for the foreseeable future. Then, my husband can modify the air temperature as much as he chooses without putting us on the streets.
