The ductless mini-splits were perfect for our sibling’s bed & lunch.
For almost a year, our sibling actively sought a apartment to buy that wasn’t too far from me, 1 that is zoned to allow her to open a bed & lunch; She finally found 1 though, a sprawling apartment just outside of town, easy to find & not too far off the beaten path that she’ll lose guests, the apartment had numerous spacious study rooms & an eat in living room, living room, dining room, den & library.
It was an older apartment that was in desperate need of updating.
It had no new A/C or gas furnaces. There was no A/C at all & all the main rooms, & the master study room, had fireplaces, so both of us suppose this was the main heat source when the apartment was built… We found that really strenuous to suppose however it was obvious that our sibling was going to need some kind of heating & cooling system, so she brought in an Heating & Air Conditioning business for a consultation. Since there was no ductwork, she suggested that our sibling invest in ductless mini-split A/C & gas furnaces! She explained that the ductless mini-splits are zone controlled, come with remotes, & can be turned off in empty rooms to save energy & money. The Heating & Air Conditioning business promised that the ductless mini-splits would be easy to install & easy to maintain & she was right on both counts. The ductless mini-split A/C & gas furnaces were perfect for our sibling’s up-to-date bed & lunch & fit absolutely into the decor. We are grateful for that Heating & Air Conditioning business.
