As a property owner, I rent out commercial spaces to small suppliers although I watch the repairs, service, and upgrade of all fixturesâ€¦ One thing I keep a keen eye on is the USge and service of the central a/c and air purification system for our corporation premises.
With the Heating and Air Conditioning method stationed at the back of the building where there is constant human traffic, I am right to keep checking the condition of the system. If I stay away from the premises for a prolonged stage without requesting anyone to check on it, the heating and cooling in the premises might be compromised even if I have a quality a/c, resulting in high energy bills. That will help me to cover the Heating and Air Conditioning service that might arise and spend less on the Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman fee. As for our tenants, I ensure that they keep new with new upgrades and learn more about Heating and Air Conditioning to encourage efficient use of the systems so that they can benefit from the wonderful seer ratings of the A/C system.
