The shipping company did not respond

I retired from working in a Manufacturing Company where I was the head engineer. I can solve a lot of unusual problems & I have expertise on machines & electronics. When the ductless A/C component in the garage stopped working, our first inclination was to take the machine apart & maintenance it myself. I installed the machine on our own & I was positively certain that I could make it to the repair on our own too. I determined which section was faulty, however ordering the section turned out to be the trickiest section of the whole process. It’s really strenuous to get your hands on parts for Heating & Air Conditioning equipment if you are not a certified & authorized dealer. The parts companies do not want any lady attempting to maintenance their own heat pump or I found a company online that supplied the section that I needed for the ductless A/C unit. I ordered the section & paid for express shipping. I did not select the most expensive shipping option. I selected the hour most expensive shipping option. The parts for our ductless A/C component should have arrived on Sunday. When they did not, I contacted the company to find out when the shipment would arrive. The shipping company did not answer the PC. It was after hours, so I left a message. I did not earn a PC call at all the next afternoon. The following afternoon I contacted the shipping company again. This time I called & called until I got someone on the PC. It took 17 calls before I got the shipping company to finally respond.
