The air conditioner was hurting my plants

It may sound odd when I tell you that my air conditioning system is hurting my plants, but just give me a moment to explain and hear me out.

The plants that I have in my home are very sensitive to cold, and my air conditioning system is over cold. Having an AC system that is ice cold is always a good thing, at least for me because I prefer cooler temperatures and it works out much easier for me that way if I have nice cold air that I can sit back and relax under. I specifically purchased the air conditioning system that I have because it is so cold and cool to the touch. So how am I going to take care of both my plants and the air conditioning system? Everytime I would go and look at my plants they would start wilting whenever they were under the cold air. I couldn’t figure out why this was, as I was new to houseplants and I soon discovered that it was because these types of plants love, sunny, warm, climates. Not dark, and chilly areas like my house. I knew that I had to do something otherwise they would continue to wilt. Their leaves had been gradually turning more and more brown as the days went on. I decided it would be best for the plants if I put them in the window of the guest room. I have a space heater in the guest room for when people come over because I know not everyone likes cold temperatures. The space heater should keep them plenty warm, and to give them a boost I put them in the window so they could soak up some natural sunlight. Now I can enjoy my wonderful cold air conditioner without worrying about it killing my plants.
