All in Heating and Cooling

I absolutely have loved not having to worry with the thermostat for the least few weeks, and i know that’s not the case in most of the rest of the country, and there are millions of people who are focusing on the thermostat this time of year in order to minimize heating costs… And if I had a gas oil furnace running evening and day, I’d be doing the same, but for me, the Winter time means I can stop watching the thermostat, and every one of us need next to no heating help during the winter. In fact, I generally just flip the heat pump off. There might be a few afternoons where it’s a bit cool in the home and that is what space gas furnaces are for, however, I know that I will soon have to get back in the habit of paying attention to the thermostat and the Heating as well as Air Conditioning equipment. Before long, there will be a demand for cooling and it won’t stop for another 7 or many weeks. So it’s absolutely important for me to get my great air conditioner habits back as suddenly as possible. That starts with resisting the urge to flip on the air conditioner and leave it on. Sure, there are a few Springtime afternoons and evenings where a bit of cooling is necessary. But by and large, I love to leave off the air conditioner as long as possible. I also love to get in the habit of closing the solar shades before I go to work. This stops the direct sunlight heating which will totally rob the heat pump of efficiency. And there is one other great habit that I will follow as well. I’ll be calling the Heating as well as Air Conditioning company to get the air conditioner tune up done in the next month or so.

My wife plus I recognize actually blessed that we were on the great end of a family need this time, and normally, we are the 1s who sacrifice the stuff we want for the kids or the family.

Not this time as we were the 1s who got to transport into the new addition we had added to our home.

All of us not only have our own master suite, but there is peace inside the central a/c of our lake condo finally. All of us we simply had more children than there were rooms in our house. That worked for a while as our 2 guys were able to share. But then they got to the point where they could hardly go a day without nearly killing each other. All of us weren’t buying another condo so we decided to add on to this 1. It made sense on a number of levels plus added value to our home. The corporation who did the addition explained that the final touch would be having the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation come out for the heating plus cooling element of the task. I thought the Heating & Air Conditioning professionals would simply run extra HVAC duct to supply the heating plus cooling we needed in our new addition. But that is just not how it works. Adding the additional air volume of our new room would have overwhelmed our residential Heating & Air Conditioning. That’s because it’s rated to just the original square footage of our home. Tis is why we have a ductless heat pump on the exterior wall of the new master suite. But I could not be more satisfied with how the ductless heat pump has turned out. It provides the sort of quality heating plus air that I thought was only possible with central a/c; Plus, we have a remote control temperature control!

My expectations for the hotel room’s air conditioner were so low that it easily surpassed them

I’m really not a huge fan of traveling on the road. I had to do it a lot as a kid because my parents went back and forth between two different states. My father had a job that was in one place one season and another place in a different season. It was bad enough not having a consistent group of friends at that age, but it made it even worse struggling through school. I might do one semester with one group of teachers before having to uproot myself and travel to a different location to work with new teachers. If given the choice, I would try to avoid giving my kids a life like this. I know how hard it was on me and I don’t want to put my own children through the same trials and tribulations that plagued me so many years ago. On top of that, I have no desire to return to constant traveling like my parents did throughout my childhood. It’s frustrating paying top dollar for a hotel room with a bad air conditioner, but that’s what I’m faced with half of the time I get on a trip or vacation. When my wife told me that we’d be getting a room while traveling for our daughter’s dance recital, I wasn’t holding my breath that it would come with a good air conditioner. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the air conditioner in our hotel room. My expectations for the hotel room’s air conditioner were so low that it easily surpassed them. I asked the lobby about the air conditioners and they claimed that the ACs were all replaced a month prior, making them almost new in quality and condition.

When I was in high school, all I wanted to do was become a professional musician someday. I wasn’t thinking about the countless hours that would be spent on the road going from one motel room to the next all the while wondering if I would ever make it farther than I was in life. That’s what happened to me for about 10 years when I had the life of a touring musician. I wasn’t happy and I felt like I had to compromise what I love the most just to make money. This is disheartening to anyone who wishes to pursue an art form as a way to make money in life. Few artists will tell you with sincerity that they chose their path in life for financial reasons, or that they’d be excited to compromise on their artistic pursuits in an effort to make more cash. That’s precisely where I landed myself, so I decided to start working remotely in addition to touring as a musician. I work with social media platforms and help with digital public relations firms. It’s not the most fun work in the world, but it gives me a good financial supplement to the money I make as a musician. That helps when I’m primarily living in a city that doesn’t have a ton of great music venues that I can play at on a weekly basis. There’s one near my house but it doesn’t have the best indoor HVAC compared to the kinds of music venues I’m used to. In fact, the heating and cooling is so substandard that I have loathed playing live shows there on the few instances when I have. I’d rather drive across the city and play at a different music venue just so I’m not sweating or shivering on stage depending on the season and the weather outside.

I am start to see that I am the foolish one in this story, then you see, our friend as well as I met in middle school as well as all of us stayed friends.
