I’m listening to my mom’s messages on wechat plus it is songs to my ears.

She has a appealing voice plus I know she won’t be around forever, so hearing her voice is more special as time goes on.

I need to get some food going soon because I just played ball plus am going to be starving actually soon. I assume a nice sizable salad is in order with some cheese plus tuna mixed in. I also have to go shopping at the local store plus buy some kefir, which I discovered is pasteurized plus lacks probiotics, boo, refrigeration is necessary when storing kefir, as you don’t want it heating up plus spoiling. So anyway, I am going to look for a better kefir in the stores although I will actually end up making it at dwelling so I get more probiotics in it as I don’t have to pasteurize it after I make it. I can buy the kefir grains plus use refrigeration to keep it plus my Heating plus Air Conditioning tech neighbor is going to join me in making the stuff. I actually want to get more probiotics in my system to help with my immune system plus overall health. I have been buying this kefir from the local supplier where they keep all of the food in an air conditioned store so it lasts a long time. I like the taste of their kefir although I don’t like that it doesn’t actually have any probiotics in it, because they are heating it up when pasteurizing it, but try kefir sometime, I assume you’ll like it.

I will write two more stories and then I have to switch gears and work on some other stuff online for an hour and then I am done.

• I am going to make it a point not to use my kindle after 9pm because it particularly messes with my sleep patterns.

The only issue with that is by the time I get back from the beach at night it is already 10pm and I can’t check any messages or do anything else online at that point or I won’t sleep well. Anyway, this week I got my new portable air conditioner for my living room so that my flatmate isn’t cold in her room with the central HVAC system running all night. I think it will also save me $30 a month running this little unit, which means it would pay for itself after two summers, so that is pretty cool because it’ll end up being a free unit after that. If I run the cooling system in my living room for five months that would save me $150 approximately, and for $240 the unit will be paid for in no time. This way I can keep my living room as cold as I want it without bothering my flatmate, who tends to be cold most of the time. I think my body is heating up more when I sleep because of my metabolism and I have regularly liked to have cold air conditioner when I sleep except for in the middle of winter, when I keep the living room window open for my climate control.

I may go to the doc’s office next week and see if they can shoot this tennis elbow pain with some cortisone so I can be done with the pain for good.

• I haven’t had a shot in that elbow for twenty years and can do two more if I need it, and right now I need it.

The last time I went in the office they looked at it and shrugged it off as something temporary, which was three years ago and it still hurts. I will explain to them that the pain is not going away with cooling and heating cycles like they told me to try back then. I used ice on it and then a heating pad many times however the pain is still there and seems to be getting worse. I put some cooling gel on it this day and it helps a bit however I particularly need the local contractor to provide me a shot of cortisone so that I don’t have to mess with it anymore. I think I can get in there next week and then I am going to focus on my teeth and getting them cleaned and fixed up a bit. The local contractor near me had the same tooth problems and got them fixed at this local contractor and he told me they did a good job of whitening them, which is something I need to get done as it has been years since getting them cleaned and whitened. I will work at the HVAC dealer this coming week and work on that appointment.

We just got our contractor cards for our band and my pal and I are going to beginning getting them out there for our Soundcloud page.

We just made a good song about currency and are going to play again later this week and maybe make some new music. Our goal is to have 50 music by the end of the year and from them break an album of about 15 music. We need to decide which music are the best ones and then work on the album, which will go online on several weird sites and then my pal and I transfer on. Heating up in the summer, the weather particularly brings in the tourists so my pal and I can play at air conditioned beach bars this Summer and be on our way to bigger and better things hopefully. I think by the time I hit my 20 year mark of entertaining my pal and I can have some good stuff going on with the band, which will be in September of 2025. My HVAC rep said it comes down to fate as to whether I can leave my job at the heating dealer and hit the huge time with the band. Maybe it is already determined and I just have to go through the motions to see if fate is on my side with the music venture, I particularly don’t know however I do know that I have fun making music and playing drums so why not do it for the sake of that? The cooling corp will regularly be there for me as people will regularly need air conditioner in their homes.

My sleep has been easily choppy the past few weeks, which usually is a sign that something is out of kilter in my life.

The nice part about living in this town is I don’t have to try as well as find a parking space for my car like I do back condo in the States. That was such a pain about living back condo that I grew tired of the hassle as well as decided I was done with the rat race of chasing the American Dream. I can hop on my bike as well as be at the beach in the sand within about three minutes. Back condo it would take me about 45 minutes of driving as well as then after I got a parking spot it would take me ten more minutes to walk to the beach. Anyway, I just ordered a mini split a/c unit for $240 for my living room so I don’t freeze my flatmate out each night as I run the cooling unit for the whole flat just to cool my small living room. So I am hoping that this unit saves me money each month as well as pays for itself over maybe two summers or so. I figure I can save $40 a month on my a/c bills by running this much smaller cooling unit compared to the sizable central cooling system.

I have been singing my whole life plus have had a deep affection for songs ever since I was a little girl listening to Rod Stewart’s song You’re in my Heart.
