Technology is here and is ever-changing, so a word to the professionals to keep changing with it for the benefit of their customers
I attended the cooling specialist convention about a month ago, where they introduced the latest cooling technology. The HVAC business I worked for sent me to represent them so I could help implement the same in our cooling corporation. The week-long stay was intense but also fun. I learned a lot about the new cooling products in the market and how much more efficient they were. I had been working with other veteran cooling technicians at the company to develop processes and strategies to implement the new systems. First, we held a training session with all the HVAC contractors so they could learn more about quality AC service with the latest technology. Since they are our first point of contact with the customer, the technicians must be aware of the new cooling equipment and HVAC installation processes. When doing any repairs or maintenance, they would implement the tech and report back on their findings and observations. Once the training was complete, we fully onboarded the new tech and climate control systems with the latest tech. We saw a positive response from our customers. Even those that had favored the electric heat pumps were now switching allegiance. Air conditioner tune-up requests at the local service provider increased, so the sale of air conditioning filters increased. Technology is here and is ever-changing, so a word to the professionals to keep changing with it for the benefit of their customers. I have kept my team abreast of the changes in the HVAC world. I remember how far we have as an industry and how much effort the inventors have put into producing equipment that helps with indoor comfort.
