I got lost and ran into them

I love living down south where it is genuinely hot during the winter.

Even though a lot of people are getting snow right now, it’s still warm, sunny, and humid down here by the water. Every one of us have had a bit of rain, and i don’t love driving in the rain, because it reminds me of a time when I was living up north and I got stuck in a ditch. I was 18 years old at the time and delivering pizzas for a local steakhouse, there were no cell phones back then and I had to use a map to find my way around. It really took twice as long to make a delivery back then, just because I had to continually look at the map to make sure I was moving in the right direction. I got lost and ran right into a ditch. It was raining pretty hard and I didn’t realize that the road was going to turn sharply to the left. I ended up in front of a residential house. The owner of the home worked for a heating and AC maintenance service. The guy used his heating and AC maintenance service truck to pull my car out of the ditch. I tried to turn the engine on, but the car wouldn’t go anywhere. The heating and AC maintenance service truck owner stayed with me until a tow truck could arrive to pick up my car, but his wife made me a cup of Starbucks Coffee and a sandwich. It took almost 90 minutes for the tow truck driver to pick up my car. I willnever forget that day.
