Angela must admit she was a bit skeptical when Matt asked if they could go somewhere for the holidays.
Every year, they stayed at home with their son and opened presents on Christmas morning.
However, this year Matt felt they should go on an adventure. This turned out to be the best experience, though there were some challenging moments. He found a winter season trip rental somewhere nice and calm. Thankfully, the locale was available, so he opted to rent it for seven days. They packed up their things, and the presents and set off on a winter season adventure. The drive to the rental was good. However, there was so much ice on the road that Matt had to drive slowly. It took hours to get there, but the view on the way, and the adventure spirit was amazing. Plus, it helped that our Jeep had the best heating that kept them comfortable. When Matt, Angela and their son arrived at the trip rental, she went to turn on the furnace, but nothing happened. It was already late so there was no way to get anyone to inspect it at that hour. Good for them, Angela had packed two space heaters so they used them that night. The following day, Matt spoke with the rental agent about the faulty furnace. She was apologetic, and went ahead to hire an Heating and Air Conditioning professional to check it out. It didn’t take long for a Heating and Air Conditioning professional to come by, do a bit of repair and leave the component running. The heating plan made Christmas afternoon blissful, and that was the best experience ever.
