New cooling products for a new start
I had just finalized our divorce; The proceedings had just dragged along, but finally, it was over… I moved out of our marital mansion into a smaller condo. I was now to furnish the home to our liking. It was a sizable adjustment from the estate, where I had so much space I did not guess what to do about it. The quality of Heating plus A/C component at the mansion had been extensive though we had still used the dial thermostat to adjust the temps! Now, I want to include the new cooling products in our condo. The a/c workman advocated that I use a dual fuel system, however at the mansion, we had the same unit. The size did not matter until the a/c rep explained it differently. The team needed a quality air condition system plus a heater; size did matter. The SEER ratings of the a/c install component were also something that I had to take into consideration. The most important thing is to keep it in wonderful condition by performing heat pump service at least twice a year. In addition to the new unit, I also got an air cleaner, however unlike the air conditioner filter we had at our marital home, the new a single was a washable a single. The a/c replacement up was similar to the a single in the mansion, as were the a/c care directions. The air conditioner company did an excellent task answering all our pestering questions, including signs to look for to guess that the component needs a/c service before matters escalate.
