New cooling products for a new beginning
I had just finalized my divorce. The proceedings had just dragged along, but finally, it was over. I moved out of our marital mansion into a smaller condo. I was now to furnish the house to my liking. It was a big adjustment from the estate, where I had so much space I did not know what to do about it. The quality of HVAC equipment at the mansion had been extensive though we had still used the dial thermostat to adjust the temps. Now, I want to include the new cooling products in my condo. The a/c workman suggested that I use a dual fuel system. At the mansion, we had the same unit. The size did not matter until the a/c rep explained it differently. The team needed a quality air condition system and a heater; size did matter. The SEER ratings of the a/c install unit were also something that I had to take into consideration. The most important thing is to keep it in good condition by performing heat pump service at least twice a year. In addition to the new unit, I also got an air purification system. Unlike the air conditioning filter we had at my marital home, the new one was a washable one. The a/c installation up was similar to the one in the mansion, as were the a/c care instructions. The air conditioning company did an excellent job answering all my pestering questions, including signs to look for to know that the unit needs a/c repair before matters escalate.
