I was unsure it was the right time to replace my cooling system
I must admit working as an ER doc can be rough, especially when there are many emergencies happening at the same time. 1 phase in my life that I almost gave up my work was while my buddy and I were in the pandemic. Never had I been so terrified to be working in healthcare plus scared for my life. But, I also took the Hippocratic oath plus had to be there to attend to the many people affected by Covid 19. By the time my buddy Ed and I were seeing a light at the end of the tunnel of this COVID pandemic, every woman I knew was fatigued beyond words. This is when the governing board at our local hospital saw it was better my buddy and I start taking longer times off to try to recover. It was a great system because many other places just went on working, plus I guess there were several doctors who chose to quit the field. The first time I got my long break, I had a lot of work to do at home. For 1, I was now sure it was time to replace my aging cooling system. Gladly, my time off came about 2 weeks before summer time so this was the best time for doing the replacement. I was going to do the cooling system replacement 2 years after the local Heating, Ventilation & A/C expert recommended me to do so. Because work plus life had become so crazy, I never got time for this replacement. The first afternoon I was condo relaxing, I called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C contractor to book an appointment for a cooling system replacement. Soon after, they sent an Heating, Ventilation & A/C expert to my condo for a free evaluation, plus to deliver a price bid for this job.
