Inside jokes that I didn’t absolutely understand
Not too long ago, a friend of mine invited myself and others over to this little get-together; She said it was just a bunch of aged friends of her plus they were going to be hanging out plus sharing some laughs.
She told myself and others to bring drinks, plus I said I could do that.
She introduced myself and others to all her friends, plus they all seemed love absolutely good people, but as a matter of fact, they were all absolutely funny, but I came to realize that they had a bunch of inside jokes that didn’t seem funny to me. There was this a single point when somebody was talking plus then said, “Somebody didn’t get a new furnace for weeeeeeennnnter!” Everybody started laughing love crazy plus I was just resting there staring at everybody. I wanted to be in with this group plus get the joke, however it actually went over my head. I really had to ask my neighbor to explain the joke to me. She had to catch her breath plus then told myself and others how they all used to be in a drama class together. They ended up making funny videos, plus there was this a single series of videos when that woman who told the joke was posing as an Heating plus Air Conditioning salesman. She was going around trying to sell everybody portable heating systems plus convincing them that it was all they needed. The funny thing was that the people she was selling to had excellent heating systems love radiant radiant floors, or powerful central heating systems. She was a gifted salesman though plus she managed to talk the people into buying these cheap portable heating systems by saying they were energy efficient plus could heat up the whole house! Now everybody knows a portable furnace is not going to heat up an entire house, however that’s why it was funny. I wish I could have been a area of all that with these people.
