Furnace went out while boarding pets
I board people’s pets from our home.
That’s why it was a really big deal when our gas furnace went out in the middle of winter. I had numerous pets in our current home over the Christmas holiday. It couldn’t have been much worse. I ended up moving all of the pets into our study room & then I started up the space heaters. After that, I called several gas furnace companies before finding 1 that was still open. Thankfully, they were able to come out the same day. The gas furnace supplier who showed up was really friendly & he greeted all of the pets then he got right to work. He discovered the concern with our gas furnace really swiftly. Apparently all of our vents & HVAC duct were full of pet hair & so was the air filter. I thought I had changed the air filter 2 weeks ago however I must have forgotten because the current 1 is still there in the utility room. The supplier vacuumed out all of our HVAC duct & got our gas furnace laboring good again. I also signed up for a yearly service plan. In order to make sure this does not happen again the gas furnace supplier will come out & disinfect all of our HVAC duct & also make sure our gas furnace is in enjoyable laboring order twice a year. The best area is that I can write this off as a business expense while I’m doing our taxes. After all, it’s imperative that I keep the pets in our current home comfortable & healthy. That’s what their owners trust me to do.
