I gave up our window seat and got stuck with no AC
I was laying in the concourse waiting for our plane to arrive.
There were a lot of people waiting for the next flight and I was section of a bunch of people that were laying in seats by the window.
There was a mother and a kid laying next to myself and others and I could hear their conversation. The kid was upset because she was not seated next to her mother. I overheard the mother talking about the seat numbers and I was undoubtedly the person in the seat next to the mother. I provided to switch tickets with the little girl so she could sit next to her mother. I was trying to be kind and helpful. I never thought about the fact that the little girl seat might have been in the middle. I gave up our window seat and of course I got stuck with a seat right in the middle. There was an older lady laying next to the window and her hubby was laying in the aisle seat. They argued during the whole 3-hour flight. There was no way for myself and others to move the A/C air vent above our head. I reached up and turned it to the highest level so the air was moving freely and quickly. I attempted to move the A/C air vent so it was facing our direction. It would only move so far and the best I could do was to get the A/C to hit myself and others on the side of the face. A little bit of A/C was better than nothing and it was the only bright light on that terrible flight.
