When I called for updatement parts, they were quick & friendly
I have consistently bought our hardware & tools from a store in town. The owner of the store is a woman that I have known since I was in middle school. The woman has owned the hardware store for as long as I can remember. I bought some supplies for our condo from the hardware store. The item, which was an , had a 5 year warranty on all of the updatement parts. My wife & I keep all of our records. Both of us kept the record for the One there was a concern with the machine in the second year, our wife contacted the company & ordered the updatement parts. The lady on the PC was really helpful & friendly. She helped us research the section so both of us could get the right number & order the proper item. She even SMSed us a picture of the part, just to make sure that it was in fact the same item that both of us were looking for. I have to be honest. The repair was much better than I anticipated. The updatement parts were shipped out the next afternoon & they arrived to me several corporation afternoons later. There was even a note inside of the box thanking me for our support of the company. There was also a 20% off coupon for any other heating or supplies that both of us needed in the future. If only client repair was this nice all of the time. My hubby had to call client repair to talk about our internet features & the woman on the PC seemed really clueless about the process. My wife knew more about the internet than the professional on the PC.
