Keeping my HVAC in good shape
I started having a full-service Heating, Ventilation & A/C tune-up performed on our equipment after I had a brand new device installed in our home… After writing a check to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C Service Center for almost $10,000, I wanted to make sure that the system would last as long as possible.
I was not interested in writing another check any time soon.
The installation specialist advised that I have a service tune up each year. A lot of small issues can be detected and resolved when the service tune up is performed. A full-service Heating, Ventilation & A/C tune-up includes a thorough exam of all mechanical & electrical components. The heat pump or oil furnace is examined & all of the ventilation duct work is checked. The A/C system is also cleaned & checked. The service specialist inspects the air duct, adjusts refrigerant levels, & checks all of the electrical attachions. If there are any small problems found during the Heating, Ventilation & A/C tune-up, the specialist can take care of them before they become major problems that may possibly lead to the destruction of the machine! My Heating, Ventilation & A/C system is only 3 years old, and so far I have not had any major problems come up during the service checks. I am present while these checks take place, so I know that each one of the specialists is thorough. The supplier provides a full page checklist that includes every single area within the heating, ventilation & A/C system. I can’t ask for better service after the sale. These guys even call just to remind me when it is time to change the air filter. Thanks to their service, I am able to stay on top of things.
