My lanai needs HVAC for our workouts
I have a lanai that I labor out every single day; It is plenty long plus tall enough for all of our gymnastic training. It has a whole wall of screens that can let in a fresh breeze on a moderate day. For most of the year, the lanai is perfect. I wake up, eat our supper, do a bit of labor plus then labor out, then during the heart of Summer or winter, the lanai is pretty tough! The wintertime it gets so cold. I have folding mats that rest on brick that seem to keep the cold. I close the screens but cold air is let inside. I labor out in a sweater, pants plus sporadically a hat. I recently invested in a space gas furnace because it was so cold. The space is absolutely sizable plus it takes our small heating plan a long time to make a dent. I don’t guess prefer waiting around all day to labor out too. Typically in the wintertime I just freeze plus workout directly in front of the heater. In the summertime I need to force myself to get up early plus earlier. I don’t want to labor out when it is over 70 degrees. I only have a box fan, no AC, to keep me cool, so if I get up early enough, I can labor out when it is in the low 74s. That makes for a pleasant workout where I can get things done. If I am lazy in bed or labor too late in the day, after that the people I was with and I am suffering through our whole workout. I suppose the solution is to invest in a HVAC device. It just will be quite costly to get installed.
