Thirty afternoons past since the Heating and Air Conditioning install and already every one of us have troubles
Last month’s my husbandy and I called the maintenance repair because every one of us had some troubles with the heat pump… Neither one of us expected to hear exhausting news, but the maintenance repair told us that the heat pump needed to be upgraded, then the news was devastating to both of us.
The people I was with and I had to get a loan from the bank to spend my money for the new equipment.
The new heat pump and air conditioning are severely energy efficient. The people I was with and I purchased an 18 Seer machine, however at first, things were going easily well with the new machine. The home was chilly and chilly even when the thermostat was set at 71°, however last month there was no air at all when I woke up in the morning. The thermostat was on, but the AC unit was not running at all. It should have been, because the temperature inside of the home was 76°. I contacted the supplier that installed the Heating and Air Conditioning unit, because my plan was still under warranty. I didn’t expect to have troubles so quickly and I asked the owner of the maintenance supplier if it was normal, but he did not have a lot of answers over the phone. The maintenance company took a look at the heat pump and quickly found the problem. It turned out to be an electrical issue. The heat pump was pulling more power than it should have and that was causing a power surge. I have to say that I’m not entirely glad to already have troubles with a brand new heat pump and AC. If these troubles persist, I’m going to insist that they upgrade the equipment with a different one.
