It’s better to use a HEPA filter
So the more I learned about indoor air quality, the more it became clear that I needed to make changes to the HVAC device.
Living out in the country has regularly given me the sort of essentials that my soul truly needs. I grew up in a rural area & so nature was regularly an immense area of my game. So when I took my first job after school, I had to move to the city. I lived in a lake household where I had not all that much control over the heating & cooling device. The neighbors were extremely loud in my building & I was surrounded by concrete. After multiple years of this sort of existence, it truly took a crucial toll on me. And I finally had to get out of the city. Fortunately, I was able to labor from my household by then. In my field, all I truly need is a telephone & the internet to do what I do. So this allowed me to ditch that modest HVAC for fresh air & the quiet of a rural existence. However, I learned that the air in my household is not necessarily as unpolluted as I expected. This was a fact I learned when I was actually learning how to improve my immune health during the pandemic. I also learned that the HVAC device air filter that I was using wasn’t built to protect or improve my health in the least. That genre of air filter was to protect the HVAC device, not me. So the more I learned about indoor air quality, the more it became clear that I needed to make changes to the HVAC device. So I updated the cheap air filters with HEPA filters. They trap & remove more than 99 percent of airborne pollutants. The indoor air quality in my household made significant improvement once I changed to the HEPA filter.
