I had not been to the farm in some time! The people I was with and I lived in the city and left a few workers in charge. Our farm caretaker did such an excellent job that the two of us felt much better with him around. The plan was to work for numerous more years then move to the farm. The people I was with and I wanted it to grow and start making enough currency to sustain our family, but however, when the pandemic hit, the two of us had to change plans, and suddenly our partner and I were working full time at lake house and felt pointless renting an lake house in the city, and it cut into our income, and we would still manage to do the same work at the farm. The people I was with and I planned the move, got out of our lease, and moved into our farmhouse. The space was good and came with a gas gas furnace. Once fall was in sight, the two of us had to get the gas furnace worked on in time for winter. The people I was with and I decided first to try it out and heard the sound of rats running in the ducts due to the heat! My partner commanded the two of us adopt a dog since the two of us had brought some chicken to keep. In addition, the two of us consulted with an A/C service person to come solve the duct issue. The people I was with and I felt parts of the house and frigid patches. It meant the rats had interfered with the duct system. The A/C service person did his best to get rid of the rats’ nests, also, he sealed all the gaps that they used to get into the ducts in the first location and make the nests. The people I was with and I also recommended further duct sealing to prevent any frigid spots and also got a house dog to help us keep the rats away.
