The shed is superb except about Heating, Ventilation & A/C

I used to live in the town & work out inside my house.

I used A/C in the Summer & heating in the winter.

After I moved further south & in the country, I realized there was no room inside. I had to change to laboring out in the backyard shed. It was nice since the shed could hold all my work out device & I could just pop in there anytime I wanted. It was a greater space width & length wise too. At first it seemed amazing. I enjoyed being separate from the rest of the house. My wife didn’t bother me as much & I could blast my music because I would not disturb him. I could work out anytime I wanted to. The con of the shed is temperature control. I abruptly realized the shed is insulated, but the natural temperature isn’t great. In the Wintertide I was so cold that I splurged & obtained a space heater. I had to preheat the shed an hour before laboring out. It wasn’t exactly hot with that little heating idea either. I needed to still wear pants & a overcoat. The summertime is much worse though. I am using a box fan right now but I recognize I need to splurge & get a real air conditioning. The heat is intense. I get so boiling & boiling that I slip on my folding mats. I have had some complications with cramping & fatigue too. I pound water the whole workout but it doesn’t seem to help much. I entirely need a ductless mini chop in ehre. It is just so costly.
