It was pretty exciting when I started working for an Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer.
I was no Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional however they put me on the PCs.
They trained me how to work with the buyers & I l received how to set up appointments for many Heating, Ventilation & A/C services. It was also superb because the two of us received commission based on setting up appointments & the two of us would get paid currency based on the types of appointments that were set, however for example, if the two of us were able to arrange for the replacement of radiant radiant heated floors, the two of us would make a lot of currency for that because that’s an high-priced job. It was hard for me at first because people could tell that I was new at this. I didn’t sound adore an Heating, Ventilation & A/C expert at all & often people would ask to speak with somebody else. That killed me because I wasn’t hardly making any commission & I was mostly only getting my base spend money for my paychecks. Then a friend at work taught me how to work with people better. He said it was all in my approach & I had to learn how to be a better salesperson, after going with certain advice adore developing rapport with the buyers & talking about the advantages of strange types of Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems, I was able to really set up some appointments & make sales. Now I have been doing this for a little while & my buddy has been telling me I should go for my Heating, Ventilation & A/C certification because that’s where the real currency is at. I suppose I might just do that.
